I ordered a Kyocera DuraMax on 1/4/2012. I paid for UPS overnight shipping. Didn't receive a tracking number or a package. I called them after a week and someone told me my phone had shipped the previous day USPS and it takes 5-7 days to get it. Still have not received anything 10 days later. Their 877 number doesn't seem to work but the 718 still is.

Finally got phone

It took them three weeks but I got it... just when I finally got the time to call them again, it arrived in the mail (USPS with signature required). It was a new phone and I was able to activate it.
