After purchasing 130.00 worth of product from store you are shown your reciept and how you have a chance to win on of five $1,000 gift cards. The site you told to go to within 48 hours of purchase to be eligable and you will need to complete a survey. The site is bogus nothing ever comes up on the page except "cannot access".

Ok this site pulls up for me but I do not have a code. I do on the other hand take customers to the site every day to express their experience in our store.
I am curious that because your internet is blocking it as to why you spam the net?

i called circuit city about this problem at that address listed on there sales receipt "www.circuitcity.com/survey" when i talked to a sales/tech person this is what i was told to put into the address bar www.circuitcity.com\survey see the differance in the forward slash and the back slash thats all it took and i filled the survey out and all was good.. i hope this will help out other people..

Rather than blast Circuit City for something that is not their fault, why don't you turn off your pop-up blocker and web restricted access just long enough so you can take this survey? I tried the website and it worked fine for me!
