Circut City Poor buisness practices Concord New Hampshire

I bought a TV and extra protection for approximately 2,300.00 a year and a half go buy with several tv repairs I was with out a tv approximately a month, than the technician told me the Pannasonic tv was no good and to call claims dept.I did I was told I would get the 1799.00 back or a comprable TV and I thought well thats good, I take my two kids to Circut City we look for about a half an hour and pick out a TV.

We get to customer service desk they punch in my name and tell me I have a 999.99.00 comprable tv I was shocked so I go look at this tv and my two kids said dad that tv stinks I agreed I went from spending 2,300.00 for a 999.99 tv ,they wern't even close. I tell they store manager he agrees and tells me to call ascalations after several phone calls I get a nice lady who apoligizes and tells me I will recieving a 1,799.00 TV again I say thank you.

I go back to Circut City up to the same desk they say you have a 1439.00 panasonic tv I told them the lady said a second time it wa a 1799.00 panasonic and the manager said the lady told him I was to get a 1,799.00 tv so the lady said sorry so I figured a 1439.00 tv is better than a 999.99 tv but it still wasn't what I was told.

So today after another week goes by the TV sales manager calls me today and tells me he's left several messages that I was to get a 1799.00 panasonic and to try again and to have them call him if they have any questions they lady told me that I was lucky to get what I got. MY family will never buy from Circut City again,
