I have had a terrible experience with this company. I brought my desktop into geek squad over 3 weeks ago. I was promised that the computer would be returned within 10-12 days. At day 9 I called the store to confirm my computer would be ready. Unfortantely they did not pick up the phone. I spent 5 hours over the next two days waiting on hold for them to pick up the phone both at geek squad and best buy. Finally when a rep picked up I was told I would be called back and never received a call back. After calling the geek squad directly at their main office I still had no luck. they couldn't get in touch with the 44 st store either. I have over 10 hours of my time wasted. when I dropped off my desktop i told them I had a quad card. they didn't ask for anything else and said it was fine. day 11 they say they need a cord from me. They said they would pick it up but never did. I spent over $40 in cabs to get service from them and to drop off the cord since nobody picks up the phone and I had to speak to them in person.

today I get a call from them saying they cannot complete the job and they need to send it off to their headquaters. Of course I asked them to return my computer.

Stay away from them. These are terrible people, with NO customer service, bad attitudes, long lines and no regards for their clients. For all you stock brokers and traders out there, although this is not a offical recommendation, I I would suggest taking this advice into your investment decisions in regards to your investments in best buy's stock.

This company help me when HP refuses to service and lied to me and since i got pc richard ext warranty they help me and replace my unit and gave me another 2 yrs free for my trouble will "circuitcity or best buy would do that" i dont think so
