GPM Merchandise Direct It works, but! Toronto Ontario Canada

I recently ordered the "ListenIn" hearing device, as seen in TV ads. It arrived in approximately 3 weeks and the only item charged, so far, to my cc that wasn't indicated on the confirmation order was the sales tax.

While the unit does work, it is very sensitive, however my biggest complaint is that the volume control is noisy when I adjust the sound level!

I did call the company, and I could return it for refund or exchange, however I would have to pay shipping to return it, plus shipping and handling on a replacement unit. Considering the base price is $19.90 (Canadian) and shipping is $7.95, it is hardly worth the hassle!
