Bought a pair of universal digital earphones from dollar tree. I took them out of the package and used them for the firt time and they shocked my ear!!! Do not buy these!!! After this happened I checked them over and there appears to be no damage to the cord or buds themselves. These need to be pulled from the shelf! I actually smelled burnt hair afterwards (ear hair) felt like I was stung by a bee in my ear all day. I couldn't imagine if this happened to a child. Or actually burned my hair on my head!! (I have long hair) or the sound of the earbuds crackling in your ear I had a ringing ear for a few after the incident!
