I paid for an item on the luckypacks.com website and a few minutes later someone replies in an email and says, "I have no idea what this item is that you just ordered." HOWEVER, THE ITEM IS CLEARLY LISTED FOR SALE ON THEIR WEBSITE! The person then refunds "most" of my money back to my paypal account except for $6.00, and they only say in the email,"Sorry you lost $5.00", which shows that they can't even do simple math correctly. THIS WEBSITE IS A FRAUD! They're simply stealing money from everybody that orders from them and giving the customer nothing but a "sorry" email. Do not order anything from them.

I ordered I-UP 5400 from them.  My emails were answered fast and on point.  Try contacting them at luckypacks@gmail.com

They usually reply within 12 hours.  I hope this solves your problem.  My past experience with them was great I dont think they would try to steal your money.  They give out so many review samples and giveaways for free on YouTube.
