As a Christmas gift, I did plenty of prep work and searching for a GPS for my wife. I found the best price at MrCulpepper.com and even talked to them on the phone. I placed my order. It was promised to be in my hands in a week, and it was. My wife opened a few days later as her Christmas gift. We were surprised when we noticed it was in a foreign language. They had sent us a French version GPS which was no good to us. We needed an English version.

I contacted them via email which they say is the best way and fastest way to get help. I got two emails concerning my problem, both of which said to ship the item back and they would promptly ship out the correct English version of the GPS I ordered. I shipped the French version out the next day, December 29. Since then, I have emailed them 3 times, and called them several times at different times of the day.
Noone answers the phone or responds to email. They do not have an answering machine. They have still charged my credit card for $216.99 on January 23rd, almost a month later. I have called my credit card company and they have removed the charge, but as a safegard, advised me to cancel my credit card and they would issue a new account number which is a pain in my A$$. Not to mention, I have to go out and re-purchase a Christmas gift for my wife.
