Mr. Culpepper overcharged my credit card $650, and I've not received my bluetooth headset. Other reports make me worry its a scam. San Francisco California

Before Christmas I ordered a bluetooth headset, and the shipping price was better than a few other companies so I went with Mr. Culpepper. I received a confirmation of my order, but as of yet I have not received a tracking number or the device. The worst part yet is they charged my credit card an additional $650. I would say this company is definately a scam. I advise against ordering anything from them. If I receive any response from my calls or emails I will update this report, but I am not holding my breath.

AUTHOR: Aura - Knoxville (U.S.A.)

Before Christmas I ordered a bluetooth headset, and the shipping price was better than a few other companies so I went with Mr. Culpepper. I received a confirmation of my order, but as of yet I have not received a tracking number or the device. The worst part yet is they charged my credit card an additional $650. I've emailed them several times with no reponse, and there is no answer on their toll free number, I tried for hours. I've read several online reports, for those who actually got a person on the phone, that state the "customer service" represenative was abusive. Mrculpepper has a decent rating on Bizrate and Amazon.com, but I question the validity of the few "good" ratings on those sites. I would say this company is probably a scam. I advise against ordering anything from them. If I receive any response from my calls or emails I will update this report, but I am not holding my breath. Aura Knoxville, Maryland U.S.A.
