Joshua Sena either sells faulty or damaged products and tubes as NOS (New Old Stock), or buys products then claims that the product is damaged and demands money from sellers. If the seller refuses, he files a charge back with PayPal or his credit card company. He has hundred of victims. Don't fall for the scam!

The above statements are obviously a total falsehood and another lame
attempt by someone, to besmerch our name who has never done business with our company. We have 100% positive feedback on eBay (over 850 now). As we are not able to identify this person by simply their initials, we must assume it is clearly someone out to create mischief and using ripoffreport.com in order to spread their lies and misinformation about out company.

Our testing procedures are extremely stringent and we use a computerized Hickok 118B tube tester, a Amplitrex AT-1000 tester, a Maxi-Matcher for testing screening, and matching power output tubes, and a Vacuum Tube Valley tube characterizer for screening, and matching pre-amp tubes.

I encourage anyone seriously interested
obtaining high quality vacuum tubes for their guitar amplifiers or Hi-fi
stereo to contact us directly should you have any concerns whatsoever. Do not believe the malicious lies you read on this website as they are totally unfounded and have no basis in truth whatsoever.
