More than 20 million people were cheated. The Federal Trade Commission is finally cracking down on companies that rely on negative option marketing to make their sales. Negative option deals take your silence as a “yes” and then bill you forever for something you probably didn’t want in the first place. Here’s how it works. TigerDirect rejected to refund lost money. I try to get it back from Complete Savings, but it isn't easy. They require to send a few papers by mail. if you are cheated - complain on FTC website. If it will be many people with such complains - we have chance that FTC will start action. TigerDirect already had problem with FTC earlier. So, their business isn't clean as they try to present it to public.
