I ordered a Panasonic PV-GS35 from these guys and received my invoice... (though without Invoice #)...

I ordered the camera for my parents on their behalf and had already discussed warranty options and other things that they might need to buy. They had decided they just wanted to get the camera.

The guys at wawadigital left me a voice mail to call back and confirm my order... they tried to get me to buy a battery/starter kit/tapes etc... all of which I said my parents decided they did not want. They pretty much hung up on me and I figured the order would be on its way.

Now its a week later my parents in Florida have not received their camera and were worried that the upcoming storm (Dennis) would find it lost in shipment. I started checking into it... WAWADIGITAL now says the order is out-of-stock... so I ask has my order been cancelled? They say "YES, you will have to call back in two weeks." Then they hang up on me again!!!

I don't think they were ever planning on telling me this though... had I not called.

I would definitely sign a affidavit if needed to go after this sort of stuff... Don't put your name out their if you are a bait and switch operation. The information age is upon us and this sort of treatment cannot go unpunished!
