Firedog @ Circuit City deceptive installation packages Lancaster Pennsylvania

bought a new hd tv from circuit in august and tried to hook up my home theatre system. after getting totally lost with it I called circuit city and was sold on a firedog package for $99. to hook up my system.

firedog techs came to the house and supposedly did the hook ups. was not able to be home but they talked to wife and said everything working OK.

came home from work and tried to work system found could not turn on amp with any of the remotes even the original. we had company coming for the weekend so I said I'll deal with this after they go home.

on sunday tried system and found no sound from speakers, only tv. still could not get amp to turn on with remote(s). called firedog on tuesday and they said they would leave a voice message for the techs to call me. called wednesday and was told they would leave message. called thursday and was told had no record of me calling. explained problem AGAIN and was told I only paid for video hookup, not audio hookup. I told them I paid for home theatre hookup was not told about the different packages. assistant manager of circuit city got on phone and told me same thing. was told it would be another $100 for audio hook up after discount of $70. told them I would not pay any more money and they said that is all they could and would do.
