Has anybody ever gotten their rebate from a purchase at Fry's Electronics. I sure have not. I have documented everything with the latest Roxio ripoff for $60.00 through two separate $30.00 rebates. The company processing these rebates is Parago, Inc. and when I first visited their website, it stated: Missing Proof of Previous Ownership, Invalid Postmark Date, Missing Purchase Date.
So I wrote a nasty email and the page magically updated to "Your rebate is valid and is scheduled for final processing." That was in July. It is now November and guess what -- no rebates. Is anyone pursuing a class action against Fry's, Roxio, or Parago? Does anyone have any suggestions? I have been barraging my local television news but have not gotten a response yet. I won't shop at Fry's anymore unless I cannot get something elsewhere. WHAT A RIPOFF!
