On Oct.5,2011 I purchased a 2011 Cadillac SRX did all my paper work it was getting late and there were so issue of scratches. I was told to bring the car back to address issues on Friday morning. I got a call that evening saying my car was ready. Nothing look to be done when i went to pick it up. I told dealership that I was not please at all. I told them that they had not done any that they were suppose to do . I told my salesman that they did not hold up to their deal and at that time I did not want the car any more. By this time sales manager show up from only gods knows where and yell at me stated to me that I sign a contact and I will get no money back.

This is where things stat to get real urgly. He did not come and ask me to step in his office and even discuss what the problem was. The car salesman look at me and apolize to for the way he acted. I left the car their for them to do whatever they were going to do. I went back on 10/10/11 car was still stilling in same spot, still nothing done at this time. I guess Auto-Tek pick it up that evening to paint the quarter lb. buff out some of the scratches. They return my car that Wednesday afternoon.

My neighbor notice where the paint had ran down the side of the car. I call Auto-Tek back, they pick the car back up and said they would repaint it again. They said that they would call me by 9 a.m. the next morning. By 11.00 a.m. the next my son call me and said he was looking at my car at Enterprise rent a car. This company that was painting my car is a mobile unit. My son approach the guy with my car not knowing who my son was,my son told him he was thinking about purchasing a SRX the guy relpy they are nice ,but if he get ones to get a new one, because when u went back to the step on the gas it jumps.

They told my son this it was a cumtomer car. Ii went straight to the dealership to tell them what was going on. Talk to general manager at this time . Told him of everything that i had gone thur he replied he had not heard of any of what was going on. I replied you know now . He did nothing. I even asked for GM corporate number and they would not give it to me. I even had a hard time even getting a spare key. I was told I had to order one myself I replied nono the write up on this car say come with all keys.
