Told I quilified for 0% down and financing up to $15,000.00. Filled out paper work, quallified for Clean Slate Program, told only speak with Vanessa.Got to dealership on time, would not let me speak to Vanessa.Another dealer took me through the lot, found a car to test drive.Liked car in price range. We went back in asked to see Vanessa again, still refused.Came back and told me that I needed another co signer and $6,000.00 down to quilify because bank would not finance. That was not what I was told, already bank quillified wanted to talk to Vanessa. She was not there if she ever existed. Bait and Switch is the name of this con game and it is illegal. The BBB will also be informed and the National Automotive Association will be notified as well.

What is "quilified"? There is no such word - it is qualified. As for bait and switch here is a definition
A sales tactic in which a bargain-priced item is used to attract customers who are then encouraged to purchase a more expensive similar item.
I suggest you look up the term and learn to spell.

David Mc David Nissan is using the bait and switch approach to selling cars. I had a call from "Ms. Reed" a sales person at the dealership and was told I had a approval for zero down. I understand my credit is less than perfect so I questioned by asking what are the conditions of the approval. I explained that I lived a hour and a half from the dealership and did not want to waste her or my time, she assured me that it was a solid approval and advised me to come that night. Once I arrived to the dealership after waiting an hour to be seen, a young male sales associate came over with a new credit app. I explained that I had a approval from "MS. Reed". He laughed under his breath and actually told me that "Ms. Reed" is only a appointment setter and never even pulled my credit. The funny part is, I was a repeat customer and was going to pay cash....lol
