Great Cars And Trucks No guarantee...Ever Puyallup Internet

I went online and talked with someone from Great Cars and Trucks and posted an add to sell my car. They guaranteed to sell my car in 90 days or my money back.

When I went online to try to change my add I couldnt so I tried to call someone at the Co. and just got the run around. When they posted my car they posted it above what I would have listed it for but they said that was no problem they had buyers that would pay that price.

Well 90 days came and went and I never received a call for anyone interested in my car. So I followed all of the rules to get my money back.....Nothing.

I must have called and talked to someone 20 or so times....got the runaround, left messages for (the person that could handle this problem).

Finally I got frustrated and went to my credit card company to get the charge taken off. I sent them all of the documentation and guess what. After 60 days your credit card company will not touch it!!

Well I guess Great Cars and Trucks knew what they were doing when they offered 90 days back guaranteed. Again ....What a ripoff. I will in the future check this report before I purchase or place any kind of ad online. I also read they are now out of business....To little to late.
