Longwood, Inc. 501c3 Brad "Brad" calls to say he can help seel my vehicle! Internet, Nationwide

So I received a call from Brad that went to my voicemail.  He claims he tried to call me twice prior yet I never missed any calls.  When I call the number back I get a company called auto marketing systems and they can't seem to transfer me to Brad.  I wonder if he even exists?  They go into their pitch and want me to pay up front to "facilitate" selling my car.  There are NO guarentees and I was somewhat incredulous that they would expect me to pay 229 dollars for them to magically have leads in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada for my vehicle.  I told them i had read about them on the web and at rippoff reports.  Our conversation ended abrubtly.
