I recieved an unsolicited phone call from One Stop Motors on June 30, 2009.  It was a pre-recorded "stay on the line for a customer service representative" type call and I foolishly waited.  

The sales pitch was golden.  I wanted to sell my 68 Camaro and he said that I could sell it for thousands more than I had it listed for on my local craigslist.  I could make my 399 dollar payment to them using my credit card and before I made my second credit card payment I could have my car sold and the money to pay off the bill.  I would be crazy for not letting them advertise my car for me because they had a proven track record of selling cars.

The only thing they have proven is that they will take your money.  My car is still sitting in my garage.  I have never heard from them again. 

What the gentleman on the phone failed to mention is that this company has been under investigation by the FCC more than once and fined at least once for 4,500 dollars.  It's public record!  There have been thousands of complaints filed against this company from people across the nation that this company scams you out of your money and does not render the services its salesmen claims. 

Don't waste your money with this company.  Use the money you would pay them and list your car yourself.  It will not cost you 400 dollars to market your car.  Most places charge a one time fee to sell your car and list it until it's sold.
