..and all I can find anywhere online is the only phones supported by Ford in 2011 are
Blackberries and Androids. Why, I do not know but most likely your
complaint should be against Steve Jobs and not Ford. I did find this
info online and I will quote..
"Interestingly, the iPhone will not be able to connect wirelessly via
Bluetooth to SYNC but will instead need to be plugged in via USB. Not a
huge deal but still a bit of a pain. Blame it on Apple. It’s better than
nothing though right?"
I would imagine if Ford could fix this they would since the iphones are very popular, but Ford builds cars, not cell phones. So if there is nothing Ford can do, your choices are again... get another car, get another phone, or use the iphone via USB and move on with life until/if they find a fix for the iphone.
