International Trading Auction not replacing faulty gps unit Sydney Australia Internet

Purchased 2 din gps dvd bluetooth unit in feb 08. gps function did not work from start. was told to send sd card back as files might be corrupted. sent sd card back and recieved replacement 3 weeks later. gps function still didnt work. was told to send unit back. recieved email saying unit was faulty and would be replaced. after 3 months of sending emails back and forth have still not recieved unit. It is now sep and i am still asking every day where is my unit or my money back, and they still keep saying it will be there by next week. i believe they should be made by ebay to repay the money and then kicked out.
