I purchase a 1994 Cadilac Deville $17,000 from DriveTime in 2003, a month later the heating and air went out in the car. I had it repaired with the agreement that Drivetime would delay three payments of $185.20 and my new final payment date would be October 28, 2006. I tried twice to pay them off. They refused to allow me by giving me an excuse that I had a no Interest loan which mean a simple loan with interest add from the begining. O.K So I decided to make my payment as agreed until the loan was paid in full on the 28th of October. I have been making my payment ahead of time so my final payment was paid on the 24th of October, 06. on the 27 I started receiving calls from DT saying my account was pass due and if I don't pay them $759.39 which was on my account they would destroy my credit. I Requested a statement of prove that I owe this amount and why. DT have refused to send prove why they say I owe them more money. They continue to call treating everyday that I want get my Title until I pay what they said I owe and what they are planning to do to my credit if I don't pay them.
