Auto masters of springdale arkansas is a good place to get ripped off bought a vehicle from them thinking it was going to be reliable WRONG!!! i have had the damn thing in the shop at least twice a month since i have had it. missing work to get it fixed the mechanics that do the work for auto masters is twin automotive do not have your vehicle worked on there me and my father have had problems with them they repaired a motor for his truck and left out several parts which where essential as well as knocking a hole in his condensor coil for his ac and then denying doing so. f---ing bastards. They (auto masters & twin auto motive) know how to rip people off of there hard earned money. i would not reccommend any of these places for business. all they are good for is messing up your vehicle as well as your wallet.

Mr Davis has many of his facts stated incorrectly. First, his vehicle was in our shop four times-4-27-2007, 5-11-2007, 5-18-2007, and 11-21-2007 for various repairs. The last repair was to repair the new gas tank that our shop had installed and it had come back with a puncture from driving over something. This shop has never completed work that does not meet industry standards, and the owner, Sam Stokes, stands behind all repairs. Mr. Davis' father's experience with the engine is a mystery to us since this was an engine that was delivered to us as a unit (no need to swap or exchange anything). The missing parts would almost certainly affect the performance; however, we were never informed of issues with missing parts or the A/C condenser. Our shop has a great reputation in the area, and customers can check with the BBB for a status. We are also members of the local chamber of commerce. I welcome anyone to stop by and check us out for themselves.
