When buying my vehicle it started smoking told that it was just oil I brought ca. Two weeks later my car has been smoking. On Thursday february 9,2012, Took car back to dealership and was told that it would be fixed a day later they informed me that car was fixed and I can pick it up upon picking up car the employees surrounded my husband because one employee started arguing with my husband and pulled a knife on my husband and my husband was cut on his hand.
The following day february 12, 2012 while driving my car started smoking again which means that the car was not fixed. I was told buy the manager bill that I had a 6beautiful month warranty on the vehicle but when I went to use it I was told by the warranty company that brick city motors never put in any papers for me to get a warranty. All the manager has done from day one was lie and give me the run around

A car burning oil can indicate a major problem. What is "ca"?
"I was told buy the manager bill that I had a 6beautiful month warranty on the vehicle"
Do you have documentation to support that?

Unfortunately, as a lot of business people know, the customer is not always right.
In response to this customer's complaint, perhaps some truth should be shared.
1. The customers husband tried to remove dealership property, so yes he was stopped for trying. The police were called. Our dealership has the entire property on camera, and the police officers were able to view the entire incident.
3. The officers were unable to see the "magic knife", and her husbands hand was injured when he was trying to remove company property and was stopped.
4. After viewing the video, the officers could not find anything that the dealer had done wrong, and they asked the trouble-making customers to get in their car and go home.
It is true that dealers have a bad name, some deservingly so. But not all customers are saints either.

There are always 3 sides to every story, each side giving their version and somewhere in the middle the truth.
Just on one part it seems that the OP left out the entire story as to why the employees surrounded her husband. Why was her husband arguing with the one guy? According to the OP they were there to pick up the car. But then the employee responds that the husband was trying to take "dealership property". Exactly what "dealership property" was the husband trying to take?
As for the Warranty. If the OP truly has something in writing that says that what ever was fixed should have been covered. If they are not covering it then take them to Small Claims court. With your proof it should be a slam dunk case. The only thing you need to verify is if the warranty is through the dealer or a 3rd party warranty company. Because that is going to determine who you go after.
