First off!!!
This is how you spell WARRANTY.
Second!!!
Your repair facility is in the wrong for submitting a claim and having the area checked off incorrectly. Of course any insurance company out there will deny any claim that is submitted incorrectly.
Third!!!
Did the repair facilty correct there mistakes and "re submit?"
Fourth!!!
Considering you canceled after the 30 day grace period you were still refunded your money how is that in any way " Shady"
Fifth!!!
There is not a warranty out there that is a life time warranty
If you have a problem the way the situation was handled you should be bad mouthing the insurance company not the producing agency or the adminstrator
im not afraid to show my info

Hmmm...I wonder why they would not allow a correction of the form from the repair facility??? But, I'm not surprised at Ray's experience with Certified Dealer Services. I also found them to be totally unprofessional during my brief interaction with them.
I recently purchased my 2005 BMW and called Certified Dealer Services to evaluate their offer of an extended warranty. The representative on the phone spoke so fast he sounded like a shady, used car salesman rather than someone trying to sell me something of value. Once I mentioned that I wanted to discuss with my husband and call him back, he refused to repeat some of the information that he had shared earlier. I really couldn't believe that a legitimate services company would have a representative behaving so childishly. I asked him a couple of times to go back over the coverage so that I could write it down and he refused. He was a very condescending man and very unprofessional.
At that point, I googled Certified Dealer Services and found this Ripoff Report. Upon reading Ray's report and the subsequent sales manager's rebuttal, I now understand how the representative that I spoke with could get away with having such a lack of professionalism and customer service. If the sales manager is comfortable in posting such a brash and unprofessional rebuttal on the Internet, then obviously that is the culture within this company.
Lastly, I did call the representative back that I had spoken to just to let him know that I had found this Ripoff Report and the crude rebuttal by the sales manager and would have told him that they would not be getting my business or money. However, he very rudely told me, "Don't call us back" and hung up on me before I had the chance to finish my sentence.
Just in case someone from Certified Dealer Services reads my rebuttal, I want you to know that I will share my experience with my co-workers, friends and family to warn them that you're not the kind of company that they want to do business with. As a services company, you really need to learn that you can't treat potential customers like this.
Thank you.
