DOW Auto Plex Personal property stolen, possible warranty fraud. Pittsburg, Texas

My wife and I received a notice from Dodge that the Electronic Control Module in our 2008 RAM 2500 needed to be reprogrammed to change the emission controls.  We had used Dow auto plex in Pittsburg, Tx for other warranty service so we took our truck back to them for this service. Our Sirius Satellite radio had stopped working so we asked them to repair that also.  We were informed that the vehicle would need to be left overnight or for a couple of days and they provided us with a loner vehicle.  When we left the vehicle in their possession we left a Cobra radar detector on the dash, a two inch ball trailer hitch under the back seat and a automobile tool kit also under the back seat.  When we returned to pick up the vehicle those items were gone.  The manager agreed to reimburse us for the missing items.

We were told that they put a NEW radio in the truck, however, it still didn't work and we would have to bring it back so they could replace some other part that they would have to order.  I checked the Electronic Serial Number of the radio and it was exactly the same as the radio that was in the truck when we brought it in.  When I asked the shop manager, David, about it he got very hostile with me and refused to admit that my property was even stolen while in their possession.  Not only did they steal property from me, they are also, in my opinion, committing warranty service fraud.
