Fields BMW South Orlando can not be trusted with your service needs ,Orlando Florida

I first took my car to Fields BMW as the check coolant sign showed up. While driving to Fields BMW my car started over heating and I had the car towed there. At that time they told me that they did not see any problem with the car, but will have to replace the upper hose and charged me $209. In about a week the same check coolant sign showed up again. At this time I bought some coolant and filled it up. But within a couple of weeks the sign showed up again. At this point I stopped using the car and made an appointment with Fields BMW to have them fix the problem correctly. They called me back and told me that the issue was with the water pump and that it was leaking. I asked them why they did not find it the first time I brought it to them. They said they could not see the problem then (which is strange because I could tell right away that they never really fixed the problem the first time around). At this point I told them that I really would like to get a second opinion. When I went to pick up my car they said I will have to pay them $139.00 as a diagnostics fee. I tried explaining them that I had the car there a few weeks before and that I had paid them to fix the problem and that they did not fix it correctly and that they had misdiagnosed the problem. If I pay again, it would be paying them twice to diagnose the same problem and that it is not fair. They refused to release my car even though I tried talking to multiple people in that location. I finally did not have any alternative but to pay them that amount as they were holding my car hostage. I have been using Filelds BMW for the past 10 years and I could not believe that they would treat a long standing customer in such a way. Not only does Fields BMW charge exorbitant prices, they also cheat people and hold their vehicles hostage and this is unacceptable.
