on Jan.28,2010 I went to a engine rebuilder to see how much it will be to rebuild my engine. I then talk to a guy who address himself as the owner of the shop.( Marcus) I ask him how much do he charge to rebuild a engine for a 00' chev. Impala. He replied $2,000. I paid him $ 1,000 up front and I have called & went to the shop plenty of times still I get no answer @ the shop, nor call back. Now it have been almost a year and I want some composation
