Langley Chrysler's business practices are equivalent to that of Organized Crime. They are extortionists, Liars, blackmailers and hold customers for Ransom. They do work NOT authorized, then charge the customer's vehicle hostage and extort the full amount from them.They replace parts that don't need replacing but when caught make up a lame excuse. You still end up paying for the parts and labor unless you have the balls to stand up against them. The TAG company upholds these business practices so stay away from any of their dealerships.
When I caught them ting to extort myself, they told me they would settle for less, however when I checked the vehicle lien records, they had placed a lien on the vehicle for the full amount. Frank Gunthner, the service manager is as crooked and sneaky as they come. Stay away from this dealership or any dealership owned by the Trottman Auto Group.

Anyone can 'Google' this- WHO OWNS THE FED?, and go to the site with the five charts. Chrysler Corp. is listed in 'Chart 3', right?
Take a look at who is listed in 'Chart 1'. (Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, and Lehman Brothers.) All three companies played a major role in the mortgage/foreclosure meltdown in the USA, correct?
It appears that some of the companies that are linked to the Federal Reserve don't believe in conducting business in an honest and ethical way, right?
