While I think that most of the agents of this dealership are nice, the customer service after a sale is horrid!  First, I did purchase the extended warranty (unfortunately, the only way to actually cover the ENTIRE car is by shelling out $100+ for the warranty and when payments are already $325+, for some, paying an extra $100 a month TO A SEPARATE COMPANY is a little ridiculous). I did have the vehicle inspected. The vehicle came back with thousands of dollars in damage (all of which were safety issues). Needing a car, I decided to purchase the vehicle anyway so long as they promised to pay for the repairs. They promised AND they put it in writing on the contract. As an added bonus, they stated that they would send it to a specific shop for repairs because their auto shop at the dealership (quoting sales agent) "doesn't have the expertise or equipment to do extensive repairs."

Needless to say, these promises were and remain unfulfilled!

Out of all the items to be fixed on the car (about 7 agreed upon items), the dealership only fixed two while still claiming that everything was done. I had the car reinspected by THEIR auto shop they use to outsource repairs to and that auto shop said THEY never received the car to do any work! Additionally they listed off the parts that weren't complete. I get that the dealership gets to choose the shop they want to make repairs, but don't tell a person you are going to send it to a specific shop when you have NO intention of actually sending it there.  More over, don't tell a person that work has been completed when you actually have no clue if anything has been done. It has been over a month since the agreement was made between the dealership and me and I have not received a single shred of communication as to when the vehicle will be scheduled for a completion of the work needed.  I have tried working out other deals with this dealership but all I get from them is "we'll have to get back to you" or "let me call you back".  Yeah....right....

Currently taking action against this dealership...we'll see how they choose to resolve this issue. Who knows, maybe they'll actually do what they said they would do in the first place to reestablish trust...even if it is just a little...
