I took my car in on 10/31/05 to have it detailed. When I picked up the vehicle, the passenger door was chipped. They agreed to fix it but I asked that a manager discuss the situation with me. I was also upset that the car was blocked near a block wall hiding the side which had been chipped. The manager, Dave Davies never called me and instead instructed the service guy that helped me to call for him because he was too busy. The car is only 10 days old at this time.

I took the car back on 11/8/05 to have it repaired. The paint job is horrible and looks like touch up paint. They also scratched part of my dashboard and it is very small but it wasn't there before! Again the car is only 18 days old at this point. I let them know this was unacceptable and was told to again bring it back in. I was not offered a rental car so that I could have left the car nor was the manager willing to speak with me that afternoon.

I have sinced contacted Toyota Motor Corp who has stated that this is unacceptable. The funny part is that this dealership has won the customer service award recently. I filed a complaint with the BBB and will file with small claims court. I will not let my car be handled by these morons again.

Beware of this dealer, your car is not handled with care and if you do decide to use them check the car fully before leaving.

TRYING TO GET CUSTOMER BACK

Update-The manager did get back to me today 11/9/05 and is willing to fix the car on my terms. I asked that another paint shop do the work and so far they agreed. Went today and met the manager of the paint shop. Now I'm waiting to see if they will agree with how much time/money it will take to have the paint job corrected.
