Ultimate Warranty Corporation UWC don't have funds to cover my warranty to get my car fixed! Rocky River, OH 44116 Rocky River Ohio

I am filing a report against Ultimate Warranty Corporation due to lack of honest customer service and not paying to get my car fix. I took my vehicle to two different autobody shops to get estimated and just to be fair to UWC I choose the cheap autobody shop. When it came time to file my claim to get my vehicle fixed I waited an hour on the phone to get an approval and also the autobody shop called to get an approval and they also had to wait an hour.

Finally getting through from the autobody side, UWC stated to the autobody shop that I need to pay upfront first then they will refund my money! Well it is my understanding that I have a full warranty that is suppose to cover my car repairs!

I talked to TPA customer service who has taken over UWC and they told me that UWC is in the rehabiltation program and that the State of S. Carolina Insurance will refund in 2-3 weeks once the money is release.

I am very upset becasue for one UWC never contacted me about their bankrupt situation and there is no information on who is going to help out when, where, how, and who. What really upsets me is that they still advertise to the public to get their warranty.
