I bought a 2001 Blazer in 2001 and by June 2003 it need a new engine after only 36,000 miles. They had my truck for a total of 6 out of 7 weeks. They would not fix the problem right.

Now a year later - the transmission is going. They claim they can't duplicate the problem. They will not help and will not fix.

They are a horrible dealership to do business with - they do NOT care about their customers.

Mistakes made yes, however we do care about Joyce and all of our customers.

AUTHOR: RAY - Arlington (U.S.A.)

It was unfortunate that Joyce expierenced engine problems with her vehicle. To add to the problem, we addressed the symptom and missed the cause. We tried repairing her existing engine and didn't see the hairline cracks in the block. Through it all Joyce was very pleasant and understanding. We loaned her a vehicle through the ordeal in an attempt to minimize her troubles. We ended up replacing the engine due to the problems with the block.

Through it all Joyce and her service advisor maintained a great rapport. She recently purchased a new vehicle from our facility. I spoke with her last week and all is well with her new truck. Thank you Joyce for continuing the relationship and allowing us to be your dealership.

Sincerely

O. Ray Hall II
