In November of 2005 I purchased a 100,000 miles auto warranty coverage from Warranty Experts for $ 1,092.00. Up until 02/19/08 I did not any repairs on my wife 2005 CRV-Honda. I call Warranty Experts to review my coverage for the replacement of the driver side window regulator. I was not able to reach anyone, so I left several message for Jason Flowers, the person who sold me the warranty back in 2005. I still have a copy of the original contract showing all the coverages on our CRV up to 100,000 miles. On 02/20/08 I took my vehicle to Jay Wolfe Honda in Kansas City for the replacement of the driver side window regulator. The Dealership prior to repairs called Warranty Experts on several occassions, to get authorization for payment. several calls werw made and messages left by the DealerShip , but got no response.

On my contract the name First Assured Warranty Corporation is aslo shown, so I also contact them but phone numbers were no longer valid. At this point I feel I have not many options left to recover my initial investment of $1,092.00. I hope that making this report this company will not be able to rip some other persons off the way they have taken my money.

Willie is not Stating the Truth in this post.

Willie did buy a First Assured Warranty Corporation Vehicle Service Contract from our office. Unfortunately, like many other people that purchased from their RV Dealer, First Assured Warranty Corporation filed for Bankruptcy. This is issue not our fault, we had no control of First Assured Warranty Corporation going out of business. To blame our office is totally unfair.

Willie knows that the Insurance Commissioner in the State of Hawaii is handling all claims with First Assured Warranty Corporation. I am including their website address to prove this fact. primeguard.hawaii.gov

Again, it is totally unfair to blame our company and slander us by saying that we "ripped him off" I am formally asking him to correct his comments on this website by stating the truth not the fictitious comments he made about Warranty Experts. If he does not, he may find himself in a Slander and defamatory lawsuit with us.

Anyone that purchased a First Assured Warranty Contract from us or your RV Dealer that may have questions concerning First Assured Warranty Corporation, can click on this link primeguard.hawaii.gov or you may do a www.Google.com search for First Assured Warranty. Feel free to contact me anytime with questions about this issue or any other questions that you may have about Vehicle Service Contracts. My email address is dan@warrantyexperts.com

Dan Weldon

There is some kind of insurance board for the state of Texas. Look 'em up on the internet. You can probably file a complaint with the insurance commisioner. I drive past that warranty experts office on Bandera almost every day. Look up the Texas attorney general's site also. Good luck.
