On or about NOV 22 2011 i purchased a 2012 challenger from a dodge dealer patchogue long island.On dec 3 2011 i brought the car in to the service dept at westbury dodge dealer because it is close to my home.the reason was to change the oil and check a service light  on my dash about my air bag .I got in line with the other cars to get service and waited about 30 min just to talk to a service advisor.when i did i told him my problems and ask him as a joke will i be here for 3 hours.he said a least that.then i said as a bigger joke will my car be looked at at all today he said he did not know.at this point i was so mad at the poor service and the lack of knowlege of this person that i told him to take my car out of the line and i was going to file a complaint with someone and i decided on this web site.THIS service dept was the worse i ever saw.i allway buy hondas and take to the service dept and NEVER  get treated like this.I  will never bring my car there again and i hope you dont too.I  think in the future i stick to only buying  HONDAS.THIS IS ONE OF THE REASONS I NEVERRRR BUY AMERICAN CARS.

   You show up at a dealership on a Saturday (without an appointment) behind a long line of people and you're surprised that they might not get to your car??   Seriously?   Not sure about your area, but the same thing happens at every dealership around here.   Even at the Honda dealer.
