A&R SALES owner rob strouth car dealer, does not give titles when vehicle is paid for. tries to reposes vehicles that are paid in full. cedar hill, Texas

I had bought a S10 from this car dealer rob strouth A&R sales, the truck has been paid for in full for over 8months and he refuses to give me the title. also i was trying to buy a mustang from him and the mustang ended up being a lemon.he is now in possesion of the mustang and is now trying to take my truck that is paid for. i have asked several times for him to give me the title and to no avail has he sent it to me. he also states i owe him 400 dollars for the truck, i have all money order recipts. he has never sent me a recipt back for any payments. this guy is a rip off. he over prices vehicles, sells lemons and repossess vehicles that are paid for.
