Check the VIN# seller had to have posted the VIN number for the vehicle mentioned

AUTHOR: Dave - Jacksonville (U.S.A.)

The seller had to have posted the VIN number for the vehicle mentioned. Compare it with yours, if it's the same, there are 2 options. Show the ad to ebay along with your pictures. That won't get your money back, but they will try. If it's different, you have an open and shut fraud case.

The second is to sue the seller. You have ample proof.

Personally, I would go down there and beat the crap out of the owner until he refunded my money. I have been a long time Ebayer, and have never had this happen to me, but I have bought classic cars from other ads from people who basically lied through their teeth. I know how you feel.
