Where do I begin, I saw a nice 2004 Mercedes clk 55 amg convertible at the luxury used car lot across the street from where I work, priced at $19,000, I go there and negoite a deal with the sales person, he brought the price down to $18,500, there were a few blemishes on the car, he gave me an option, either he fixes them for the original price of $19,ooo, or I fix them for the reduced price of 18,500. I chose option b, figuring he might not do it and Im stuck with the extra 500 dollars. Also, with that price it was no problem to fix those minor things myself.  Anyway, here's where the problems begin, the sales person told me that he doesn't do the financing for the vechicle, that Auto Gallery Motors on Northern Blvd, in Douglaston Ny does, right there I shouldve told him let's just forget this whole thing. But, because I thought I was getting such a ''good'' deal, & the car was beautiful, I went to Auto Gallery the next day with a family member who's name I was putting the car under. So the sales person there, tells me that it was really hard to get my family member approved for the loan, but he was able to pull it off, I told him how could that be, we paid off two car loans in the past, he said, "oh'' they were so long ago, this that and the other thing. So I look at the Sales Contract, and the total price of the car is $25,100 for a four year loan, I agreed to put down 6 grand, so it now was, 19,100, I said something is wrong here, there are over $2,000 in extra charges and I added the  sales tax, Dmv, and the finance charge. He said there were extra bank fees to get this loan approved, right there I shouldve told him where to put the car, but I needed it, and figured Im still ahead of the game with the price. So I called the bank and asked them if they had charged me these fees they said no, they're dealer charges. So, I went back to his office to get the sales contract, which I forgot there that day, he never told me hey u forgot this, like a professional business would've. I guess he didn't want me to see that he had added those extra charges to the price of the car. So I tried to get negoite with him, he said nothing can be done, since I already signed the sales contract. After that I said can u atleast take care some of the minor issues with the car, he said yeah, yeah, and nothing is being done here. They take down my phone #, and never call me back. Stay away from this dealership, theyre scammers, they add their own fees to the sales price, plus they don't take care of anything they promise. Im going to report them to the Better Business Bureau, u agree to one price, and they charge u something else. I have read other complaints about them on this page, and with the BBB.

You agreed to the price when you signed the contract.

Your insticts were correct.   Yet you still went along and agreed to it.

". So I tried to get negoite with him "

The time to negotiate a contract is before it is signed.   The purpose of the contract is to finalize the deal.   Although you say you agreed to one price and they charged you another, they have a contract (with your signature) that says you agreed to the higher price.

Not much you can do about it now.  In the future, if you don't agree, don't sign.  There are rarely any "do overs" where contracts are concerned.   Also, adding bogus charges to sales contracts is pretty common at most car dealers.
