I am very disappointed with the service I have gotten with this Company.  There are too many businesses out here that are profiting off of bad service.  There are people that do struggle with credit issues for what ever reason & they try to help themselves but always seem to get caught up with such companies as Auto Loan Finders Inc.

We went there to purchase a second hand vehicle and were told that after "X" amount of time we would be able to trade in our vehicle for something else.  Being Credit Challenged we really believed this Company was helping us.  So therefore we took the high "600" a month payment (since we were told this would help build our credit faster) & left.

Now its "X" amount of time & we called to get our vehicle traded for something lower, being challenged by the economic crunch we sought out relief from the first vehicle they told us we would be able to get out of after we got to the time we were told. We have payed on time every month and held up a good relationship through 2 different loan companies.  First our Loan was with "IDA, Duluth, GA" who then sold our loan w/o notice or warning to a company in Louisiana..Now its out of state and hard to conduct business with this company in an efficient way.

After all this time we are told we still owe 16,000 plus on our car loan and in addition to that have 2+ years still left on our loan.  Everything we were told was false, they won't trade in your car after "any" amount of time. U are essentially dealt a hand that u can't otherwise get out of.  You will be stuck with payments that u figured would help your credit.  & last but certainly not least u will Be Upside down on your loan..Meaning your loan will always be more than your car is worth.

So no car dealership will ever trade in a car that u got from Auto Loan Finders Inc. Because they're vehicles are overprices and the loans are at high interest rates.  My suggestion is; if you have Credit issues please do buy your car cash or you are better off going to a "hole in the wall" dealership before going to them.

Someone needs to stop businesses from giving consumers false hopes, and overpriced and undervalued businesses. Its not fair to the ones needing the help & not fair to the Ones trying to help themselves navigate their way through life. This Company needs to be closed down or fined & brought before a jury of their peers to answer to they're bad business practices.
