We run CarFax reports on every vehicle we receive from our vendors before it is even stocked in to our systems to ensure we do not accept any car that has been totaled or flooded. We make every effort possible to prevent such issues from happening. We also provide a 3,000 mile / 4 month extended service contract that covers any major mechanical issues at our expense. If the issues had continued you simply needed to bring the car back in for us to take another look. However without knowing what the actual issue is, rather than "it just doesn't work", it makes it very difficult to identify and correct the right problem. You were also allowed to drive the car for a week prior to making any sort of payment. The payment you made was not actually a down payment, it was the taxes, tag, title and other fees that Auto Loan Finders pays up front for you on your behalf so you are not burdened with the expense all at once up front.

How about we all file a class action suit against them? I am having similar problems with Auto Loan Finders and have just filed a complaint of my own.
