Auto Palace in Woodside,NY is the worst car dealership in America, buyers BEWARE!!! Not only do they sell faulty vehicles but they also have questionable/faulty financing practices as well which I am looking into.I bought a 2007 bmw 328i and I wasn't able to even make it home without the vehicle overheating. Upon requesting the car to be picked up and fixed they sent a group of men who didn't even work for Auto Palace to come pick up the vehicle and actually try to drive the car when the system says " Do Not Drive The Car is Overheating", so after insisting on a tow truck they finally came out with one. And sure enough the vehicle overheated again upon Auto Palace returning the vehicle to me.

So I took it to BMW to have the right people fix the car. The owner is ridiculous, when I was there he physically pushed some elderly man, if I hadn't already signed papers I would of left immediately. The sales team is a bunch of as well. I came in with a guarantee I was approved for my car loan and I just had to speak with the bank and I would be out in less than an hour, so I came in at 12 p.m. and didn't leave until 7 p.m. Everyone had a new story on why it was taking so long. It wasn't till the later evening when the financing plans came into play. The vehicle as advertised for $20,000.00 and was sold to me for $29,211.00 I was told all these charges were added because of recent defaults on credit and the current state of the economy has forced banks to charge these fees as compensation if you default basically. I was also promised a warranty that I paid $3500.00 as apart of these financial charges which could help out my rate so I agreed to it, I have yet seen the warranty papers and it was supposed to be through BMW, but I called and they have no recollection.

Its been 3 months since I bought my car, my warranty was assured to be sent through a month ago. I just checked recently and BMW has no record, and when I call Auto Palace they refuse to let me speak to a manager and the owner. Watch out for this place and these employees who work there, Jenny the owner, Angel, Jose, along with any sales staff as far as I am concerned. I am consulting an attorney, if you have done business with this fraudulent company I suggest you do the same. I would also recommend a call into the Better Business Bureau, I have made a complaint and so should you, people who do business this fraudulently should not be able to get away with such unethical and unlawful acts of business.

you have no clue what goes on here

AUTHOR: THESE PEOPLE SUCK - New York (United States of America)

You have no clue what these people are up to.  They sell cars that have been in a accident.  They sell cars on the intenet that have been sold.  They keep them there so you will come in and then they switch you to something else.  Make sure you run your own car fax.  The ones they have are put together.  They have made copies of temp. regs and put them on customers car.  There work is dirt.  Make sure you stay away from these people.  If you put a deposit down they will try to keep 35% of it.  Do not do it.
