This company "baited" us to come in and they could do financing for us no matter what because they are a buy here pay here dealership and they do financing. We were at first smart enough to walk away but they called us back to say we were approved.... But they really didn't have us approved.

We went back and they said they needed an additional $1,000 to get it complete and a they would hold the check untill I got paid. They took $2500 from me gave us the car for a couple days and took back the car saying ... get this... the paper work we gave in and they submitted to the bank (thought they did their own financing) wasn't good enough (it was good when they told us we were approved and gave the money).

Next they told us they were keeping all the money and even cashed the check they were to hold causing extra fees by our bank. These people will steal your money!!! Only shop there if you carry a lawyer and the police with you. They use fraud to get your money then find a way to STEAL it.

Good Car Buying Experience

I recently  review this complaint agunest our dealerships. This Buyer befor buying our vehicle stated he was Compareing us to the other dealers and he was blown away, That we were able to give hime an auto loan due to his POOR Credit HISTORY and LITTLE DOWN PAYMENT AND LITTLE MONTHLY PAYMENT. I remember this buyer like yeasterday, my sales person greeted immediately and the buyer went off to ask what they were looking for, The salesman showed over 8 cars, suv's and even trucks on the lot. So the buyer decided on two of them, test drived them and stated what a nice vehicle and what a nice experienced (Mr. OB) guy gave us all the details I needed for financing. Then ob sent the buyer off to finance, with less then perfect credit, and very expecific payment and needs in purchase a vehicle.

The buyer meet MR. HOOSH finance manager, {I shair a desk next to Mr. Hoosh.} The buyer stated their feeling And went ahead to tell them (Mr. Hoosh), if it does not absolutely meet  the buyers criteria they wont sign a damn thing!!! And so it was... after 20 minutes of tossing papers and calling 4 different banks Auto Sensation USA got a great Financing deal for the buyer. The payments right on the buyers range.

The vehicle was reposed due to NOT BRING in stips!!!! Not returning phone calls!!! and lieing on the applaction.

If you noticed the buyer is also hidding behind this complaint with no name.

I work in lending at a financial institution and can say that what the dealership rep is saying here is probably true.  If we get a loan app we can approve it "subject" to getting documents in that support the loan app (like paystubs showing that the income is correct).  The dealership can choose to give the car to the customer before the process is finished.  If the customer won't pony up the information needed to finish the loan we just won't fund it, and it becomes the dealers problem to get the car back. 

Often we get a loan app in our approval is subject to the application containing true information.  Frequently people overstate their income (especially self employed blue collar types who think that because they were given payments totaling $40k for a year that their income is $40k/yr - but they don't mention on the application that they spent $25k on materials and supplies so their real income is $15k/yr) When people overstate their income we wash our hands of the whole deal and it becomes the dealers and customers problem.  If people won't rovide proof of their income (tax returns / paystubs etc) we wash our hands of the whole deal and it becomes the dealerships and the customers problem.

I'm not sure why the dealer would not refund some of the customers down payment, but what did the customer expect?  I mean they go to a dealership, fill out a loan app and then fail to provide documentation - at this point the dealer has spent a bunch of time trying to get this thing sorted, and probably a bunch of money if they had to pay someone to do an actual repo on the car.  If they had to pay a bunch of money to get the car back becuase the customer failed to respond to requests why whould the customer be entitled to a refund (unless his payment exceeded their costs).

I don't know anything about this case - just speaking generally.

Thieves cant spell either

These thieves cant even spell but they can steal. If you have children that need help in school have them look for the spelling errors here. Check back in a month when I take them to court.

 

"agunest " duh...... against

"Compareing" ... wow.... kindergarden lesson..... drop the "e" . = Comparing. Also no capital letter.

"away, That" = Dummy.... you need a period here

"I shair "........ I share

"and lieing "..... Lying

"applaction."....... WOW!!! and they have this word on their applications

"hidding" ... I think there is only one d. hiding

"reguarding" ......wow

Lastly they wrote..."If any one wants to call me reguarding this complaint PLEASE CALL."  They must have forgotten the number 1-800- DUMMIES
