AutoWest Honda Rashpal The finance manager cheated us by misrepresenting the product due to which we ended up in buying mini van Fremont California

I and my husband wanted to purchase 8 seated minivan. We went to see AutoWest Honda in Fremont on 02/06/2006. They showed us Honda 7 seated. We liked all the features except that it had only 7 seats. The sales consultant- Vinh Nguyen and finance manager - Rashpal told us that they can fit the 8th seat only once we buy the mini van. They can order 8th seat only when we buy the mini van. So we agreed. But the sales consultant and finance manager cheated us by writing the console as the accessory and when we asked what the console means, they mentioned that it is the small seat which fits in the center row of van. They charged us $500 more for that 8th seat.

When we checked with them after couple of weeks for adding the car accessory which we had paid for, to our surprise they gave us console, which is basically the storage box with cup holder and which is already there in my van.

Service Department said that console means that box though mini van already comes with that console.
Basically they cheated us by writing console as an accessory in the service order and explained us during buying of mini van that console means the seat which fits in middle row of van.

Also we came to know that in Odssey Touring 2006 Honda, there is no way to add 8th seat at all. Basically The finance manager - Rashpal cheated us by misrepresenting the product, due to which we ended up in buying it after trusting whatever he said.
