Beaverton Honda finance rip off Beaverton Oregon

me and my wife moved here from washington, with hopes of getting a fresh start in life.

i filed a application with beaverton honda to finance a car to build credit. The salesman was great very helpful, after a few days a of working out a deal i was told united finance wold give us a loan. i picked up the car which was a 2000 ford focus

i gave my trade in which the gave me 500 credit on it and in one week would require another 500 dollars. A few days passed and they called and said they messed up on the paperwork and i would have to come in and re-sign which i did. I started looking closer at the car, and being a mechanic of 15 years i thought the car looked funny, so i looked real close and discoved the front end had been replaced so i did another car-fax and still nothing, looking little closer i see the engine has been replaced so i called jasper engines and yes the confirmed jan 2006 engine was replaced in california, so i took it to several shops and they said it appears entire engine bay has been replaced ( posssible engine fire ).

so after 2 months of repair bills honda called back and said finance fell thru and would need car back, i said what about all the money i have put into car they said all they would give me was 1,200 but would not pay for repair bills with a warrenty honda would not fix problems for free
