Bell Road Auto Mall Pre-Owned Vehicles Increased Agreed Price, Held Deposit and Delayed Title Issuance Phoenix Arizona

Agreed on a price with Sheri Luker of the pre-owned vehicle sales dept on a 99 LX470. By the time I arrived to pickup the vehicle they had increased the sales price by over $200.00 and seem to think it's ethical and professional to do so. They charged my CC a $500.00 deposit to hold the vehicle and have not returned it. Thay also have completely ignored my enquiries regarding the title on the vehicle which I still have not received after two weeks. We'll see what the AZ attorney generals office thinks about that soon enough. Lots of lip service from this company but not much integrity - yes I'm trying to be nice here -.

Bottom line is this, if you do business with these people be careful of every penny, and every line of every document, as they seem to be like the IRS, they want to take, but never give.

Bad karma folks, what comes around goes around. They only owe me $700, I can't imagine what they've pulled on others. The sad thing about this dealership is that they have the potential to make sooooo much more money if only they would treat people honestly, professionaly and with respect. I know, that's how I treat my clients and have had no complaints since starting my business....and they keep calling me back! I've already made my $700 dollars back, but Bell Rd Auto Mall in Phoenix will never enjoy the power of positive energy that loyal customers bring if they keep burning their bridges. So I say good luck to all the fools working for who-ever the head idiot is...I hope they someday see that shit only rolls one direction, but definately starts from an asshole somewhere!!
