Same situation as the silverado, except mine was for a mazda rx8. They owe me $5500. I returned their car , after they kept saying my loan was going through and hundreds of inquiries on my credit report. They said come back in three days for your refund of deposit. I still have not gotten a word from anyone (epiq no, I did send in a claim tho). It has been two + months.

When I returned their car (expecting the promised refund) I went to another dealership and got a truck. I gave them a deposit check (since bill heard said i was going to get my money). It bounced twice. My loan did go through with the other car dealership within days not a month (like BILL HEARD).

Point is -- I want my money back and some correspondence. I feel invisible. and yes humiliated at work for having to return my dream car. I feel so much more toooo....grrr.
