BILL HEARD CHEVROLET - LUPE AND MARK MC CUTCHER SURE THE CAR IS YOURS. YEAH RIGHT! HOUSTON, SUGARLAND Texas

To begin with, I recieved a letter in the mail from Bill Heard Chevrolet saying that I am approved for a car loan. Being that I was car shopping anyway I thought I would try them. They were aware that I am currently in bankruptsy and said that they have a bankruptsy program. As long as you were current on bksy payments you could get financed.

I spoke with Mark Mc Cutcher and he assured me that everything would work out. He also advised me to get a used vehicle so that I would not have a down payment. I found the vehicle that I liked and here is where everything got tricky.

We went through all of the paperwork, finance, and he says its your car take it home. In the finance office, I asked over and over again if this was a deal. the answer was yes. all done. Six weeks later i get a call from Lupe, who, by the way , was very rude, telling me to bring the car back because they could not get my deal done. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed 2k down to do the deal or they would do it the hard way and repo it. OK FIRST PROBLEM.

When I left the dealership i was told everything was done, with no down payment, so surely im not prepared for this. I was waiting on my car payment schedule!!!!!! when this was mentioned Lupe said i sighned a piece of paper saying that i would return the vehicle if financing did not go through. After going through the paperwork i found it. this piece of paper that sighned was explained as something i needed to show proof of purchase at the gate to leave the dealership. it even had "for gate" on it. This is how they get you!

I asked for them to be fair with me becasue of the misleading information and sales tactics that were used. GUESS WHAT I GOT IN RETURN! THEY WENT FROM 2K TO 3500 DOWN TO DO THIS DEAL. WHAT A RIPOFF. MARK MC CUTCHER WONT EVEN TALK TO ME. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS
COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST.
