My daughter got murdered in May of 2006 I was left with her daughter and son to raise. In July of 2006 I went to the Ford Dealership to purchase a car I felt like I need to move it was a emotional time for me and still is.

I went down to the bbFord and explain that I wanted to buy a car I was moving to Atlanta and I need a reliable car i told Mario and Bill Sado about the deaf and I need a car that wasn't going to break down on the road because I was going to be driving with the children.

Mark the manager told me he had the perfect car for me and showed me the Saab and told me that it belonged to him, I asked him why he was selling it and he said he wanted a truck.

I bought the Saab and right away i start having problems the next day I called Al Robinson the other manager at the time and he told me to bring it do I did.

I told them that it was staling at the time and the electrial panel was going off and on. he sent me to Carlos a severice person. He checked and they ended up replacing the battery.

I ende up driving to Atlanta and on the way the panel went out I took the it in 3 days after getting here to Saab Dealearship Sonny the service manager looked and told me what was wrong.

it was the electrial system that i complained about and it would cost me over 1700.00 and I didn't have the money so I had to wait and apply for a creditcard and get that fix. In the mean time I called Al Robinson and he told me that as long as I was in Atlanta wasn't nothing they could do. They had sold me a lemon.

In Ocober 2006 I spent 766.73 dollars in Feb 23 07 I spent 1737.81. In June of 2007 I finally adopted the childre and i went to ford to talk to them about the matter.

And at the time I spoke to the Service Manager David Pugh and the crew and they told me that they needed copies of the repairs. I had Hertage Saab send the right away VIA FAX.

They told me and my witness Tami Anderson that we would have to talk to Mark Mawazini but he wasn't in and we would have to come down the next day which would the day I finalize the Adoption for the 2 Children June 21,07.

We talk to Bill Sato until Mark could talk to me He offered me a new car, I told him I flew and he said ok Than along came Mark Mawazini who told me heard my complaint and don't worry he gauranteed me he would take care of it and I would be happy.

Mark also offered me a new car but I told him I flew there he said ok . he gave me and my witness his word he would tale care of me and i would be geting a new warranty on my car plus any expense that i incurred.

He guranteed that with not only his word but his Cell phone number which is 760 310-7122 I didn't ever here form mark until 45 days only to tell me that he wassn't going to do nothing after he gave me his word.

By the way Al Robinson, Manager Nicole the customer service rep and Mario the other Manager all was FIRED . Mar-Lyndia Epps
