BOB WILSON DODGE why hasn't someone gone to jail for this?? Tampa Florida

I was taken advantage of like the 35 or 36 other people that I am aware of. In april 2008 I traded a truck in on another truck. Chrysler closed bob wilson down the day after I signed the contract and bob wilson filed chapter 11 about 3-4 days later. Bob wilson never completed any paper work to register/title the new truck and the trade was never paid off. I contacted a few attorneys and I was told that I have to wait until all court proceedings are complete before legal action could be pursued. So, I eneded up with 2 monthly truck payments and no truck.

The hardest part to believe about this entire mess is that a dealer can continue to "sell" vehicles/take in trades with no intent of completeing the entire transaction. From the information the I have gathered bob wilson retained every dollar that came in to them. From the minute they didn't pay daimlerchrysler for trucks they were selling and didn't pay for any of the trades they were taking in - it seems like they would be commiting at least fraud.
