my wife went down to bobs dodge in naugatuck,ct without me her husband and they took advantage of her because she hasnt a clue about purchasing a vehicle,anyways she signs paperwork on a vehicle and comes home and tells me she has no paperwork that she signed. I told her what the hell you mean no paperwork,every car that i ever bought had a shit load of paperwork. to make a long story short, never got any financing paperwork,no payoff balance nothing she makes payments to the dealership and they dont even have an invoice thats sent in the mail ,real professional BOB. she never even got a real registration yet. the owners a real winner or is it loser? anyways we filed a complaint with dmv and the bbb hopefully everyone goes elsewhere for a purchase what a joke they are
